  3. There is a possibility that you might not have selected the checkbox “Show This To Visitors Also” before clicking on “Save and continue” button.

Push messages

Inside In-app messages (In-App)

To enable or disable notifications
1. Click on the AiTrillion’s Email Settings.
2. Select Notifications from the Settings list.
3. Check or uncheck the box beside each notification to turn it on or off.

The AiTrillion shows all your product and site reviews. It will include a summary rating, review publish or unpublish, Date Range, Status of rating to filter your reviews. There are multiple ways to modify and see your reviews using filters. Want to read a review? Use our Filter reviews tool to sort and show reviews by their star rating and Date of posting.

1. Search for the company whose reviews you want to read.
2. On the Reviews page, click on the Date range, and select the star rating you want to see. 1 star is the lowest rating and 5 stars are the highest.

  1. Go to the Dashboard section of the application (shown below). Click on Web Push.
  2. Compose push notification message as per your requirement.
  3. Send a notification directly to all the subscribers by clicking on  “Send”.

AiTrillion’s web push saves the application setting automatically and gives you an option to send notifications to the subscribers of your website directly.

There might be a situation when some of the users do not receive push notifications that you have been sending to them. There is a set of possible reasons for this. You must figure this out.

Here is the common problem comes with the push notification.
1. Failure in connecting to GSM: This problem arises when a user not using an internet for a long period of time at a particular mobile phone or system.
2. Firewall Issues: companies use a firewall for their protection and this is the also reason to block unknown notification from outside.
3. Battery Saver Mode

If too many sites have begun to send notifications or if you need to shut out all the noise you should disable Google Chrome notifications. Doing so is pretty simple:
