There can be many reasons why it is showing zero impression after campaign creation, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. None of your customers would be fulfilling the criteria of segmentation/targeting.
  2. The customers whom you have targeted have might not have opened your website yet. In-app campaigns will be only shown when your customer/visitor opens your website after you create a campaign.
  3. There is a possibility that you might not have selected the checkbox “Show This To Visitors Also” before clicking on “Save and continue” button.

You can see all your campaigns in one screen. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select In-app from the Aitrillion’s sidebar menu.
  2. Then click on Reports in AI App Dashboard.
  3. You can see all the in-app campaigns in a chronological order right here.

No, Aitrillion lets you send both Web push notifications and Inside app messages to customers. But it’s important to note that both options allow you to do different jobs. Here we explain each:

Push messages
Push messages allow you to send messages to customers that deep link to a URl within your website. Web push notification is can be sent even if your customers have not opened your website. Its perfect, if you want to announce a new feature of your product as you can easily link your customers directly to that feature.

Inside In-app messages (In-App)
Inside messages will be directly shown inside your Ai-App box. It’s perfect if you want to inform customers about new offers or discounts on your website. You can also set a time-interval to your message. It will be shown when your customers actually have your website opened.

What is the difference between Inside In-app message and Outside In-app messages?

1. Search for the company whose reviews you want to read.
2. On the Reviews page, click on the Date range, and select the star rating you want to see. 1 star is the lowest rating and 5 stars are the highest.

Web Push Notification

Whenever a visitor visits your website, an opt-in for push messages popup asks your visitor to subscribe notification, if the visitor clicks on “Allow”, he/she is added to your subscriber list.
You can send a direct notification to all the subscriber through a single click, even you can customize your notification with AiTrillion.

Send notifications even when the customer is not on your store. Here’s “How to use send a push notification“. You can also follow these simple directions-

  1. Go to the Dashboard section of the application (shown below). Click on Web Push.
  2. Compose push notification message as per your requirement.

AiTrillion’s web push saves the application setting automatically and gives you an option to send notifications to the subscribers of your website directly.

There might be a situation when some of the users do not receive push notifications that you have been sending to them. There is a set of possible reasons for this. You must figure this out.

Here is the common problem comes with the push notification.
1. Failure in connecting to GSM: This problem arises when a user not using an internet for a long period of time at a particular mobile phone or system.
2. Firewall Issues: companies use a firewall for their protection and this is the also reason to block unknown notification from outside.
3. Battery Saver Mode
