Step 1. Log in to the app.
Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Contacts > All Contacts.
Step 3. Click on Add Filter link.
Step 4. Click on a filter Customer Tag in the Customer section of the filter menu.
Step 5. Select the option you want to filter with and fill the value in the input field. Then click on Done.
Note: Please select Contains. Because a customer could have multiple tags.
Step 6. Now click on the Run Filter button.
Now you can check the results.
