Customer List

    Email marketing is a format for email-based campaigns in which emails are sent to a targeted list of recipients. Various static lists can be created or imported in the app. Members can also be switched from one list to other relating to some workflow automation campaigns.

    Step 1.

    Log in to the app.

    Step 2.

    Go to Email Marketing >>Contacts>> List.



    Step 3.

    Click on the button Create New List at the top-right corner of the screen for creating a new list.



    Step 4.

    Now, add an internal name, an external name and description(Optional) of the list and save.



    All the created lists can be viewed or edited from the dashboard.


    Also, the list created can be used for differentiating the users/customers who have subscribed or been added from various sources. Lists can be used at the time of popup creation, importing customer CSV’s, workflow automation and many more.
