If you would like to adjust a specific customer’s points balance, you can do this by following below steps –
Step 1. Go to Email Marketing > Engaged Members
Step 2. Open the customer’s profile whose points you want to adjust.
Step 3. If you want to add points then click Give Points button and enter the number of points you want to give to the customer. If you want to subtract or deduct the points then click Remove Points button and enter the number of points you want to deduct or remove.
You also have the option to add internal or customer-facing notes on the reason for making the points adjustment.
