Setup default Loyalty Point Reminder Workflow

    Send automatic emails to customers based on their loyalty points.

    Steps to set up –

    Step 1. 

    Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard.

    Step 2.

    Click on Use Now button beneath the Loyalty Points Reminder. A pop up will appear which will ask for the confirmation. Confirm and proceed.


    Step 3.

    A new window will appear with a trigger (Loyalty Point Changed) and actions(Send Email). Modify the conditions accordingly, enable the workflow and save it. Other filters and actions can also be added in-between as per the requirement.
