Set up default Welcome Series Workflow

    The Welcome Message workflow template starts when a contact is added to your account. When the workflow is triggered the contact is sent a welcome message. The purpose of this message is to introduce contacts to your brand and immediately encourage engagement with your message campaigns.

    Steps to set up –

    Step 1. 

    Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard.

    Step 2.

    Click on Use Now button beneath Welcome Series Workflow. A pop up will appear which will ask for the confirmation. Confirm and proceed.

    Step 3.

    A new window will appear with a trigger (Contact is added) and action(Send an email). Modify the conditions accordingly, enable the workflow and save it.
