Set up Workflow Automation

    Workflow Automation is an easy way to reach your customers by email and push messages automatically. You don’t need to login and send the emails/push to the customers. This automation can be done based on multiple activities customer is performing on the store like signup, an order placed, loyalty points earned, viewing products, and many more. You can setup automation on these activities easily and reach them with your offers or services.

    CREATE NEW WORKFLOW

    You can create multiple workflows easily on Aitrillion.

    Step 1.

    Log in to the app.

    Step 2.

    Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Create Workflow.

    Step 3.

    Give Workflow Name > Select Trigger On condition > Add an event.

    Step 4.

    Select Delay and message type.

    Step 5.

    Customize it accordingly & save.

    AVAILABLE TRIGGER CONDITIONS

    • Order placed
    • Signup
    • Abandoned Cart
    • Loyalty points(Greater than equal to some points)
    • Last seen(Greater than equal to[minutes])
    • Last seen(Greater than 30 days ago)
    • Last seen(Greater than 60 days ago)
    • Created source is(AI Newsletter or AI chat)
    • First seen
