    Feature overview

    AiTrillion gives you an option to add staff accounts who can log in to your AiTrillion account. While creating a user account you can set permission and control which module a user can access.

    Follow the below steps to add a new user account

    Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

    Step 2. Mouse over your profile icon at the top right corner and click on User Management

    Step 3. Click on Add User

    Step 4. Enter new user details such as first name, last name, email, password

    Note: Default staff account will have full permissions, if you want to change the permission continue with the below steps or just click on save.

    Step 5. Uncheck this staff account will have full permissions checkbox option. This will open a list of available modules for which you can assign permission.

    Keep checked those modules for which you want to assign the permission, and uncheck all other options.

    Step 6. Click on the Save button

    Note: An email invitation is sent to the user to reset the password
