What we are looking for

A Senior Talent Acquisition professional who has a comprehensive understanding of and expertise in how the HR function makes a line of business within the company successful.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms, and professional networks)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Required Candidate profile

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience Recruiting Top Sr. Candidates For IT Firm Is A Must
  • Experience Recruiting Top Talent Is A Must
  • Strong Analytical Experience With Reporting.
  • Must Have at Atleast 5+ Year of HR experience in an IT firm
  • Familiarity with sourcing portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
