Teapigs is a food and drinks company that serves its customers unique and tasty drinks. Teapigs offers wide a range of top-notch quality teas and infusions with definitely no nasties! Its co-founder, Louise has been a tea taster for 8 years and has traveled the world drinking and sourcing all kinds of teas.

In November 2006, Nick and Louise started teapigs with one mission – to get the world drinking real tea. They worked for a really big tea company, where they discovered all about tea and drank lots of it. While working with tea brands, they learned and came to realize that there’s a whole world of variety teas out there that simply weren’t getting the consideration they deserve.

No airs, no graces, just fine tea. 🙌

Nick and Louise know that quality tea was difficult to find unless you went somewhere fancy. They wanted to change the scene and make great quality tea accessible to everyone. And so teapigs was born.

Teapigs work hard to develop & maintain a pleasant company culture that encourages people to be the best they can be through training & development, & agile working options. They reward people for what they bring to the business. Teapigs has a strong, inclusive team spirit that they work hard to maintain.

Now, Teapigs is available in lovely cafes and delis, food halls and grocers, hotels and restaurants up and down the country… and in over 40 countries too! They have an office in Brentford, (kinda) West London, and an office in Brooklyn, New York too. Teapigs’s teas have won over 137 Great Taste Awards, and have been voted best brand 4 times by independent retailers.

We select top-quality ingredients and keep them big and whole for BIG flavor… simple! #teapigs

Teapigs make a big thing using quality, real tea. By real tea, They mean natural tea leaves, herbs, berries, spices, and flowers. It’s all about the flavor.

All the Teapigs products are prepared with dense research so that the tea lover can get the true taste. They launched tea temple – a roomy, biodegradable mesh bag, which offers all the space whole leaves need to release their big, bold, beautiful flavor.

“Teapigs are members of The Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP); a not-for-profit organization working to improve tea sustainability, the lives and livelihoods of tea workers and smallholder farmers, and the environment in which tea is produced”.

“Donations from Teapigs go towards the hidden costs of education like uniforms, school lunches, books, and transport at the UCC Children’s School. Over 500 pupils attend the school and 52 of them have severe physical or learning difficulties. The children used to share one book between three but our donations have bought over 400 more books and counting”. @Teapigs
