You can easily notify all your customers every time when loyalty points are removed from their account by admin.

Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Sign in into AiTrillion and select Loyalty and then click on “Manage Emails”
Step 2: Click on the “click to enable” button on the right corner after you save your email subject.
Step 3: Choose “When to add points for customers”.
Step 4: Compose an email according to your requirements.
Step 5: Preview and save the email.

Now you can easily send your customers an email each time loyalty points are removed from their accounts.
