Here’s the direction, How to track customers activity with Aitrillion’s AI Loyalty program. Login to the application. Select Loyalty from the sidebar menu and then click on Active Members option from the list. In Active Members dashboard, you can see all your active customer activities by clicking on the button adjacent to the customer email. Using this dashboard, you can find a number of points your customer have, even you can remove and add points to your customers from the option available in application header. You can also block member and check to redeem points by your customers.
