Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our team at AiTrillion. As the Partner Manager for the APAC region, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our partner ecosystem and managing relationships with strategic partners across the Asia-Pacific market. Your primary goal will be to identify, onboard, and enable partners to promote and sell AiTrillion’s innovative SAAS platform, ultimately driving revenue and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the APAC region, aligned with AiTrillion’s business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and recruit strategic partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultants, and technology partners, to expand the reach and adoption of AiTrillion’s SAAS platform.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with partners, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in promoting and selling AiTrillion’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and collaboration with partners on key initiatives.
  • Provide partners with product updates, training materials, and resources to enable them to effectively position and sell AiTrillion’s SAAS platform.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support and assistance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure AiTrillion remains competitive in the APAC market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Partner Manager or Channel Manager, preferably in the SAAS industry, with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC market, including industry trends, business practices, and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner business models, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management tools for tracking and reporting partner activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
