Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team at Aitrillion. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and optimize marketing campaigns to fuel Aitrillion’s expansion and solidify our position as a leader in the SAAS market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies and initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns and programs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth channels, and leverage the insights to inform marketing strategies. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising (SEM/PPC), social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including user onboarding, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns, to drive user activation, retention, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the Product team to conduct user research, gather feedback, and implement product enhancements that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Optimize the user journey and conversion funnels on Aitrillion’s website and landing pages to maximize user acquisition and activation rates. Implement and leverage marketing automation tools to improve operational efficiency, personalization, and campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and SAAS, and implement innovative strategies to fuel Aitrillion’s growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in growth marketing or related roles, preferably within the SAAS industry or e-commerce sector. Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, including SEM/PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics. Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation techniques to drive user activation, retention, and upselling. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
