Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Manage and grow AiTrillion’s online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other relevant channels. Engage with users, address queries, and encourage conversations that add value to the community. Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for community members, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. Curate user-generated content and showcase success stories to foster a sense of community pride. Customer Support: Act as the frontline support for community members, providing prompt and helpful responses to their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating feedback to the relevant teams when needed. Advocate for Users: Be the voice of the community within AiTrillion, advocating for user needs and preferences. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to address user feedback and implement improvements. *Community Events and Initiatives: Plan and execute community-building initiatives, virtual events, webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), contests, and other engagement activities to foster connections among users. Monitor Analytics: Track community metrics and analyze engagement data to assess the success of community initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Social Listening: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiments to identify opportunities and potential risks for the community. Moderation and Guidelines: Enforce community guidelines, manage user-generated content, and handle any issues arising from user interactions professionally and empathetically. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing online communities, preferably in the SAAS or eCommerce industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms, community management tools, and best practices. Customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional user experiences. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and community initiatives.
