Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive at AiTrillion. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guidance and assistance to our valued customers who are using our SAAS platform. You will also be responsible to drive product adoption, onboarding and upsell of our product and its variants. Your primary objective will be to ensure customers using our SAAS platform are long term users and maximize product adoption with AiTrillion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with onboarding, product setup, and configuration, ensuring they have a seamless experience with AiTrillion’s SAAS platform.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions, guidance, and training to customers to help them maximize their use of AiTrillion’s features and functionalities along with ensuring product adoption to the maximum
  • Build rapport with customers with regular connects, generate need for AiTrillion products, upsell/cross sell and generate revenue consistantly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to communicate customer feedback, identify trends, and drive product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer support process, suggest improvements, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and self-help resources.
  • Stay updated on AiTrillion’s product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively educate customers and provide accurate information.
  • Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding,
  • implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services. 
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role,
  • preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, trends, patterns and client requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional support and build positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools to efficiently document interactions and requirements.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and understand AiTrillion’s SAAS platform thoroughly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
