Job Overview: AiTrillion is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our All-in-One Sales & Marketing Automation Platform for eCommerce As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear and detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the development process, including sprint planning, feature prioritization, and user acceptance testing. User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product design, ensuring that the product meets customer expectations and usability standards. Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing and communication strategies. Product Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Customer Feedback: Act as a bridge between customers and the development team, collecting and prioritizing feedback to drive product improvements. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketing automation, and Saas products. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience in SaaS and B2B product management is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
