QA Engineer Role: QA | AiTrillion Location: India Reporting Manager: CTO Purpose: At AiTrillion, we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs and wants of our customers. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced QA to ready the product for market presentation. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for issues in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to get it solved with automation skills. Need a highly skilled QA with a proven ability of automation testing to full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. We are looking for someone who can: Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools will be a plus Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing functionality in the product. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Bug free release Number of bugs encountered past passthrough Functionality coverage through automation Comprehensive test documentation, bug report, test cases Effective and transparent communication Skills and Qualifications Applicants should possess at least 2 years of work experience in software development & quality assurance. If done in Product companies then it will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing Hands-on experience with automated testing tools will be advantage Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Experience in load testing is a plus Tool knowledge : Experience with project management, issue-tracking, bug-tracking tools like Jira Selenium Bugzilla Zoho
