Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Community Manager / Content Marketer at Aitrillion, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our digital communities, creating compelling content, and enhancing brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute community engagement initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to build and grow engaged online communities across various digital platforms, including social media, forums, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more, that resonate with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members, responding to their queries, comments, and feedback. Foster meaningful conversations and create a sense of belonging within the community.
  • Brand Advocacy: Advocate for the Aitrillion brand within the digital communities by conveying its values, offerings, and benefits effectively.
  • Content Distribution: Plan and implement content distribution strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Copywriting and Branding: Craft compelling and consistent messaging that aligns with the brand’s voice and identity. Maintain brand integrity and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor community engagement metrics and analyze data to measure the success of community initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies for improved engagement and growth.

  • Community Growth: Achieve growth targets for the digital communities, including members, followers, and engagement metrics.
  • Engagement Metrics: Maintain high levels of engagement, including likes, comments, shares, and interactions within the community.
  • Content Performance: Measure the effectiveness of content through metrics such as clicks, shares, and conversions.
  • Brand Perception: Enhance positive brand perception and sentiment within the digital communities.
  • Lead Generation: Contribute to lead generation efforts through community interactions and content initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital community management, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creative copywriting.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends and concepts.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
