Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Project Management Leader for global eCommerce Development & Migration projects.
• Oversee the full life cycle of a software development project using Agile methodologies
• Developing a project plan conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes from the project solution teams.
• Developing a financial view of the project in terms of cost and duration.
• Communication & Coordination: Partnering with an internal technical lead & client team to identify the various roles required by the project to meet project delivery goals.
• Consulting with the client on best practices & processes for delivering and maintaining solutions.
• Team Management.
• Train & educate internal & external stakeholders as the subject matter expert for a solution, web technology, or customer segment.
• Stay updated on the leading e-commerce platforms like Magento, MIVA, Shopify & BigCommerce.
• Stay updated with market intelligence & the competitive landscape to ensure the team can communicate key product differentiation.
• Documentation & Architecture: Brainstorm & prepare flow, program code, server set-up & maintenance, architecture & design of the project. Write & present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members & develop required documentation for all projects.
• Manage the process from assessment & definition, creative & technical design, production & development, testing & launch.
• Project Delivery: Create & oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality control issues. Review Meetings for approvals & feedback on the ongoing projects with clients

Relevant experience for the role

• 3+ years of prior Project Management experience in E commerce Development
• Prior experience in coordinating global projects on leading e-commerce platforms like Shopify Plus/Gold is mandatory
• Ability & appetite to bring people together
• Exceptional international client relationship management skills
• Exceptional written & verbal communication & presentation skills
• Passionate about new web technologies Strong Execution Orientation
