Sr Sales Executive - (US) Experience – Minimum 5 Years of experience in Saas/IT Product selling within US Market Location – US(Remote) Responsibilities Sales & Revenue generation US Market Experience with regular call coaching as well as team metrics and results – managing for performance Connect with as many leads as possible The first step is getting a lead’s attention through phone calls, emails, voicemails, LinkedIn connections, direct mail, personalized video, social media messages, or other events. You are expected to focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. You will move leads through the sales pipeline. Connect and learn about their businesses and needs. If a prospect is a good fit, you have to schedule the next steps with sales reps higher in the organization. The next steps include: Demonstration Strategy call Fit assessment Consultation Technical call You will educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers. They contact every lead and determine who stays and who goes. You will be evaluated on the number of qualified leads they move through the pipeline. The commission is determined by the number of deals you pass compared to the target or quota. Requirements for the role: Experience doing sales of SAAS / IT Products. Background in account management with a strong understanding of how to build strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders at all levels Proven communication skills with the ability to set expectations and manage difficult conversations.
