Talent Acquisition Specialist

What we are looking for
A Senior Talent Acquisition professional who has a comprehensive understanding of and expertise in how the HR function makes a line of business within the company successful.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms, and professional networks)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Required Candidate profile
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Experience Recruiting Top Sr. Candidates For IT Firm Is A Must
- Experience Recruiting Top Talent Is A Must
- Strong Analytical Experience With Reporting.
- Must Have at Atleast 5+ Year of HR experience in an IT firm
- Familiarity with sourcing portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
