Purpose:

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join AiTrillion. We are a growth-stage startup, and this role is critical to our tech prowess. As a technical lead, you will mentor the software engineers, and work with product managers, and QA engineers. You would work across teams and organizations to ensure that the architecture and design for our e-commerce marketing platform are of high quality, stable, scalable, and reliable. 

We are looking for someone who can/has:

• Partner with the Product Manager to shape product definition and sprints robustly.
• Design and develop highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance.
• Build the technical architecture/stack of the product from scratch including server interactions, scripts, and deployment stage.
• Work with the software engineers to accomplish sprint on time and bring improvements to the code quality across the platform.
• Drive a culture of quality, technical curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide timely deliverables, estimates, and complete tasks in an Agile development environment.
• Review code quality as per standards and elevate teams’ coding standards.
• Help the team solve complex coding problems and troubleshoot the issues.
• Experience in developing eCommerce products is a big plus.

You have/are

• 8+ years of experience in coding, and mentoring software engineering teams.
• People Management/Team Leading experience is a must.
• Must be proficient in technologies like NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, and PHP, Zend Framework, Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda.
• Must have experience with  Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, SQS, SNS, Athena).
• Must have a track record of building, deploying, and scaling distributed, highly available, large-scale, high-performing multi-tenant SaaS applications using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Hands-on with Relation, Non-relation, MYSQL, ElasticSearch, Data Lakes, MongoDB, Redis, Streaming Analytics, In-Memory, and NoSQL Database.
• Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, and automation.
• Has a prior excellent and demonstrable engineering track record.
• Must be familiar with RESTful APIs and able to design and implement low latency services.
• Good to have experience with E-Commerce like Shopify / Magento  / Bigcommerce / WooCommerce.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills – memory leaks, GC tuning.
• Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with the process of automation and load testing is a plus.
