Content Lead Global Location: Canada.India.US (Remote) Experience: Minimum 5 years Reporting Manager: Head of Marketing Purpose: We are looking for a Content Lead to join AiTrillion. We are a growth-stage startup, and this role is a critical part of our strategy. You will create a global content strategy, mentor the content team, and help AiTrillion position as a thought leader in the eCommerce marketing space. We are looking for someone who can: Build and execute a global content strategy across channels. Identify strategic topics, and create an editorial calendar. Write, edit and proofread content with high quality. Enhance and own a unified brand voice Analyze content engagement levels to course correct or accelerate the content plan. Be a mentor to editorial, creative, and marketing team members on content. Brainstorm with team members to develop fresh content ideas. Manage content across all platforms (website, social, email, presentations, and other marketing material). You have/are 5+ years of experience in SaaS content creation and marketing Proven track record of building and leading great content teams Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills A journalism background is a big plus Previous experience with Shopify or eCommerce is a big plus.
