Customer Success Executive Role: Customer Success Executive Location: Remote Purpose: We are looking for a Customer Success Executive. We are a growth-stage startup and this role will be an important part of our growth strategy. You will foster great relationships with customers to make them advocates of our brand. We are looking for someone who can: Become the subject matter expert of the product & ecommerce industry. Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process Foster meaningful relationships with customers through Calls, Emails/Tickets & Chats. Efficient Handling of responses through these mediums (We believe in empathy!) Schedule regular retention calls with customers. Maintain and Follow TATs set for Tickets, Emails & Calls Assist the sales team to increase our customers on AiTrillion. Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our App. Strategize and work on increasing the number of Reviews on various rating websites. You have/are: 1-3 years of experience in communications, customer support, account management, or customer success Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills Analytical and process-oriented mindset Comfortable working in different shifts since we have global presence. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities Measures of Success: Effective communications TAT Fulfillment Number of Reviews Retention Pre-defined OKRs.
