Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Head to join our fast-growing SAAS startup, AiTrillion. The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy and driving growth through a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand positioning, product positioning, and go-to-market plans. Increase brand awareness and drive demand for our products through a variety of channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive conversions and generate leads. Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and development. Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance. Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions. Experience in the SAAS industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
