We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, innovative go-getter UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, marketing head
• Understand user journey as the most important criteria and able to design the final deliverables accordingly
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes, alternate design options, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, website pages including various elements: menus, tabs and widgets, input controls, informational elements, social media posts, emails, corporate presentations.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, marketing and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphics Designer or similar role
• B2B IT experience/SaaS/AI experience preferred or worked in a similar company
• Portfolio of design projects required.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva, Adobe suite
• Creating Videos, GIFs, motion graphics is desired though not a showstopper
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Go-getter, understand current UI/UX trends in B2B, and include these trends in the final deliverables; also apprise stakeholders from time to time on these recent trends
• Able to manage pressure and deadlines well
• Can think on his own when it comes to developing design without a brief from stakeholder keeping consumer or final audience in mind who will consume these designs on any channel – web, email, social, WhatsApp widget, GIF, online customer forums, and communities
