There can be many reasons why it is showing zero impression after campaign creation, it could be due to one of the following reasons: None of your customers would be fulfilling the criteria of segmentation/targeting. The customers whom you have targeted have might not have opened your website yet. In-app campaigns will be only shown when your customer/visitor opens your website after you create a campaign. There is a possibility that you might not have selected the checkbox “Show This To Visitors Also” before clicking on “Save and continue” button.
