🌐 Global Search — Your Command Center for Everything

Access it from anywhere using the search bar at the top of your dashboard or hit ⌨️ Ctrl + K to open it instantly. Global Search is a unified search experience that lets you find customers, navigate to menus and settings, and jump to frequently visited pages — all from one place.

What you can search for:

Customers — Type a name, email, or phone number and matching customer profiles appear instantly. From the results, you can jump directly to:

• 🏠 Customer detail page
• 🎁 Loyalty details
• 🏅 Membership details
• 🤝 Affiliate details

…all using the quick-action icons right in the search results.

Modules & Settings — Search for any menu name or setting keyword (e.g., “earn”) and Global Search surfaces the exact path, like Loyalty rewards › Set up program › Earn points, so you can land on the right page without clicking through multiple menus.

Frequently Visited Pages — Your most-used pages (such as 🔄 Workflows List, ✉️ Email Template Editor, 📋 Templates List, and 📊 Email Dashboard) appear automatically when you open the search, giving you one-click access to where you work most.

Recent Searches — Your latest searches are saved, making it easy to pick up right where you left off.

🔎 Quick Customer Search — Filter Your Customer List Instantly

Located directly on the Customers page, the Quick Customer Search bar lets you filter your customer table by 📛 name, 📧 email, or 📱 phone number without leaving the page. It’s purpose-built for when you’re already working within your customer list and need to locate a specific contact fast.

💡 Use Cases

Support teams resolving tickets faster — A customer writes in with an issue. Instead of scrolling through the full customer list, an agent hits Ctrl + K, types the customer’s email, and lands on their profile in seconds to review order history and loyalty status.

Marketers navigating complex settings — Need to update your loyalty earn rules but can’t remember where the setting lives? Type “earn” into Global Search and jump straight to Loyalty rewards › Set up program › Earn points.

Store owners checking customer details on the fly — A returning customer calls in. Use Quick Customer Search on the Customers page to pull up their record by phone number and confirm their order history or membership tier instantly.

Teams switching between modules frequently — If you spend your day moving between Email Templates, Workflows, and the Email Dashboard, your Frequently Visited section keeps those pages one click away — no sidebar navigation needed.
