Managing VIP tiers is now more flexible with the introduction of manual tier removal. You can now easily remove manually assigned tiers from customer profiles while ensuring the loyalty structure remains accurate through automatic reassignment.

👑 What’s Improved?

• Remove Manually Assigned Tiers
  A new “Remove tier” option is now available within the member profile, allowing admins to instantly revoke manually assigned VIP tiers.
• Automatic Tier Evaluation
  After removing the tier, the system automatically checks the customer’s loyalty activity and reassigns them to the correct eligible tier.

✨ Why This Matters

• Prevents customers from remaining in incorrect loyalty tiers.
• Maintains consistency with your tier qualification rules after removing from the tier.
• Reduces the need for manual adjustments after promotions or special campaigns.

📌 Use Case

For example, if you set the approval period to 10 days, referral rewards will only be issued after 10 days from the order date. If the order is cancelled or refunded during that period, rewards can automatically be skipped based on your selected settings.
