Manage Multiple WhatsApp Senders from One Dashboard

What’s New

You can now add and manage multiple WhatsApp numbers for different teams, departments, and regions from a single AiTrillion dashboard. Each number gets its own visibility control — your sales team only sees their messages, marketing only sees theirs, and regional teams stay isolated. Plus, distribute your messaging volume across multiple numbers to overcome WhatsApp’s message frequency limits.

Why This Matters

With a single WhatsApp number, privacy becomes an issue. All teams can see each other’s messages — sales sees marketing’s campaigns, marketing sees support’s conversations, creating privacy and compliance concerns.

Additionally, WhatsApp caps the number of messages you can send per number. When you hit that limit, your messaging stops until it resets, blocking your campaign velocity.

The challenge: With one number, all teams can see each other’s messages. WhatsApp’s frequency capping limits how many messages you can send, so your campaigns stop. Managing separate accounts means logging in and out all the time with no easy control.

The solution: One dashboard manages multiple WhatsApp numbers with team-level visibility control. Sales, marketing, support, regional teams — each gets their own isolated number. No privacy leaks. No cross-team visibility. No compliance issues. And by distributing your message volume across multiple numbers, you bypass WhatsApp’s frequency limits and maintain full messaging velocity for all your campaigns.

What You Can Do
  • Connect multiple WhatsApp numbers — Add as many sender numbers as you need to a single account
  • Name each sender — Label them clearly (“US Support,” “EU Operations,” “Promo Channel,” “Brand 2”) so there’s no confusion about which is which
  • Set a default sender — Choose a primary sender for quick, automatic selection when creating campaigns
  • Select senders per campaign — Pick the appropriate sender when building templates or campaigns
  • Track history and analytics — See which sender is associated with each template and view analytics on which sender sent which message
Who This Is For
  • Multi-regional companies operating in different markets (US, EU, APAC) with local WhatsApp numbers for each region.
  • Multi-brand businesses managing separate WhatsApp numbers per brand to prevent customer confusion and maintain brand boundaries.
  • Teams with departments where Support, Marketing, and Sales each need their own WhatsApp sender for organizational clarity.
  • Compliance-heavy industries where tracking which sender sent what is important for regulatory purposes.
How to Get Started
  1. Go to WhatsApp Settings → Senders
  2. Add your WhatsApp numbers — Input each sender number you want to manage
  3. Name each sender — Give them clear, recognizable names
  4. Set your default sender — Choose which sender is primary
  5. Start sending campaigns — Select the right sender when creating templates
