We’re making reviews more detailed and actionable with two new ways to gather customer feedback.

Key updates:

• Product Recommendation ratings — Customers answer “Would you recommend this product?” alongside their review
• Feature Ratings — Customers rate individual product features like Quality, Comfort, Fit, Value for Money, and Ease of Use
• Customizable feature list — You choose which features customers rate
• Modern review interface — Refreshed UI makes reviewing easier and more engaging

Why This Matters

Today, reviews are just star ratings and comments. You can’t tell if customers would actually recommend the product. You don’t know which specific features drive satisfaction or frustration. Shoppers rely on overall ratings without understanding what matters most.

6. View recommendation and feature ratings in your review insights
