We’ve launched a ChatGPT plugin that connects to your live AiTrillion store data. Ask ChatGPT questions about your customers, loyalty, memberships, orders, products, reviews, and store performance; and get instant answers and insights.

The plugin provides 37 data-access capabilities across:

• Customers (find by email, ID, spending, order count, registration date)
• Loyalty (points balances, tiers, earning rules, activity)
• Memberships (status, active plans, contract details)
• Orders (by customer, date, amount, payment/fulfillment status)
• Products (trending, new arrivals, recently viewed, recommendations)
• Reviews (product and store reviews, ratings, moderation status)
