We’ve significantly enhanced SMS marketing management in AiTrillion. giving businesses greater clarity and control over their campaigns. Previously , their was no way to segment the customers through the consent. With this upgrade, businesses can now track and manage SMS subscribers from Shopify and AiTrillion’s Smart Popup, enabling better audience segmentation, improved targeting, and a more streamlined marketing approach.

What’s New?

Now, AiTrillion tracks and categorizes SMS subscribers separately, allowing businesses to segment audiences more effectively and send the right messages to the right customers.

Two Distinct Subscriber Categories:
1.  Accepted SMS Marketing  – Customers who opt-in for SMS marketing through Shopify’s checkout or other Shopify touchpoints.
2.  Marketing SMS Subscriptions – Customers who subscribe directly through AiTrillion’s Smart Popup, specifically for SMS campaigns powered by AiTrillion.

More Accurate Data Matching & Syncing:

• If the email & phone number match in Shopify, AiTrillion updates the SMS preferences accordingly.
• If the email matches but no phone number is found, the system syncs the phone number (unless it’s already linked to another email).
