We are thrilled to announce the latest enhancements to our Product Review Module in AiTrillion, designed to elevate the review experience for both customers and sellers. With the addition of video upload functionality and a revamped review form, customers can now provide richer feedback, while sellers can incentivize engagement through loyalty rewards.

Add review video capability:

• Customers can now upload videos along with photos when submitting product reviews, offering a dynamic and immersive way to share their experiences.
• Video uploads provide valuable visual content that enhances the credibility and authenticity of product reviews, helping potential buyers make more informed purchasing decisions.

Replaced multiple photo upload buttons with a single button:

• The product detail post-review form has been redesigned for improved usability and efficiency.
• Previously, customers had to navigate through multiple photo upload elements. Now, a single element with multiple photo upload options simplifies the process, making it more user-friendly and intuitive.

Setup additional loyalty points for video upload:

• Sellers can now incentivize review submissions with additional loyalty points for video uploads.
• By integrating the “Leave a Review” activity with loyalty rewards, sellers can encourage customers to engage more actively with the review process, fostering greater participation and loyalty.

Show loyalty benefits on the submit review form:

• A new setting allows sellers to display a message on the front store review post form, encouraging customers to leave reviews, upload photos, upload videos, and earn loyalty points.
• This proactive messaging motivates customers to actively participate in the review process, leading to a higher volume of valuable user-generated content and increased customer engagement.

These enhancements empower sellers to gather more comprehensive and visually compelling product feedback, while incentivizing customer engagement through loyalty rewards, ultimately driving sales and fostering brand loyalty.

What would be the change in existing stores using product reviews?

With the launch of these updates, multiple review image uploaders will be replaced with the command image uploader, allowing customers to upload max 3 preview images one by one.
