What’s New In AiTrillion

We’ve just rolled out a new feature to help you personalise loyalty experiences like never before — you can now map customer birthdays and Shopify metafields directly within the AiTrillion Loyalty Module!

⭐ Why This Matters

AiTrillion can now capture birthdates from any signup form and automatically map them to the Loyalty system.
This ensures every eligible customer gets rewarded, no matter where they provided their information.

Previously, customers who signed up through non-AiTrillion forms (like Shopify default forms or third-party popups) and entered their birthdate did not receive birthday rewards. Why? Because AiTrillion could only capture birthdate data from the Loyalty pop-up. If a customer skipped that or used a different form, their birthdate wasn’t mapped — and they missed out on points. This led to frustration and missed engagement opportunities, especially from loyal customers expecting birthday perks.

With this update, birthdate data collected from any signup form and mapped to the Shopify customer metafield can now sync with the AiTrillion Loyalty birthday field.

• Sellers using the POS can also capture customers’ birthdays directly into the Shopify customer metafield, which will seamlessly sync to AiTrillion’s Loyalty birthday field.
• This ensures no customer misses out on birthday perks and rewards, regardless of where their birthdate was entered.
