We’ve rolled out major updates to the AiTrillion Affiliate Program, bringing new features, meaningful improvements to existing functionality, and a more organised affiliate menu. These enhancements are designed to help you manage affiliates, commissions, and payouts more efficiently and with better clarity.

Exclude Tax, Duties & Discounts from Commission

You now have greater flexibility in how affiliate commissions are calculated. With the new settings, you can choose to exclude taxes, duties, and discounts from commission calculations, ensuring payouts are aligned with your actual product revenue and business policies.

Automatic Monthly Affiliate Group Reset

Managing performance-based affiliate groups is now simpler. This new option automatically resets all affiliates to the default group at the beginning of each month, making it ideal for monthly commission tiers, contests, or performance-driven programs—without any manual effort.

Bulk Payouts via CSV Export & Import

Affiliate payouts can now be processed faster and more efficiently. You can export commission data for a selected date range, complete payments using your preferred external payment method, and then import the file back to mark payouts as completed in bulk—saving time and reducing errors.

New Affiliate Overview Page

We’ve introduced a dedicated overview page that brings all affiliate details into one place. This includes total commissions earned, paid, and pending, affiliate orders, referral details, tags, addresses, and status—giving you complete visibility at a glance.

Redesigned & Organised Affiliate Navigation

The Affiliate section has been reorganised with a cleaner and more intuitive menu structure. Key areas like affiliates, orders, payments, payouts, and settings are now easier to find, helping you navigate and manage your program more smoothly.

Dedicated Approved Payments Page

A new page allows you to review approved affiliate orders along with commission details and payment status. This makes tracking payouts, reconciling commissions, and exporting payment data more transparent and manageable.

These updates are built to give sellers more control, better efficiency, and clearer insights when running affiliate programs—whether you manage a small referral setup or a large affiliate network.
