We’ve made it super easy for you to check your customer’s membership & review posted details without leaving your Shopify admin. You can now add the AiTrillion Membership & reviews block directly to the Shopify customer tab — just like we did with the Loyalty Program block.

✨ What’s Available in AiTrillion Membership Block

Store owners can now:

• View the customer’s active membership plan and tier
• See membership start and expiry dates
• Check membership pricing and billing details
• View membership renewal status at a glance

⚡ Manage Memberships Without Switching Platforms

No more jumping between AiTrillion and Shopify to look up membership info. Right from the Shopify customer profile, you can:

• Instantly check if a customer has an active membership
• Confirm their membership benefits when they contact your support team
• Review membership history to find upsell and retention opportunities

Store owners can now:

• View the latest 5 product reviews left by a specific customer
• See the product name, star rating, and review text at a glance
• Check the date each review was submitted
• View the review status (Published, Pending, etc.)
• See product images alongside each review for quick context

🔍 Quick Access to Review Details

Everything shows up right inside the Shopify customer profile. You don’t need to open a separate tab or search through your review dashboard. Just scroll through the recent reviews, and if you want to see more, hit “Show more” to expand the full list.
