What’s New In AiTrillion

Merchants can now automatically publish their replies to customer reviews based on the review’s auto-publish status. This feature ensures quicker engagement with customers and simplifies the moderation process by linking the review and its reply in one seamless action.

 Behavior Logic Behind “Publish” Option:

• Auto-Publish Enabled
  If the auto-publish setting is ON, any reply you submit will also be automatically published along with the review.
• Auto-Publish Disabled
  You control whether the review and its reply appear on the storefront. Manually check the Publish option while replying to make it visible.
• Special Case Handling
  • If a review is unpublished and you reply while Publish is checked, both review and reply will be published together.
  • If a review is published and you uncheck Publish, the entire review (and reply) will be unpublished.
