You can now enable the option to display pending loyalty points directly in the loyalty pop-up that appears to customers on your storefront. This enhances transparency by showing customers not only their available points but also the points that are in a pending/holding period.

📝 Why We Introduced This Feature

This enhancement was introduced because the customers were often confused about why they hadn’t received their loyalty points immediately after a purchase. Many users assumed their points were missing, leading to frustration and increased support queries.

To address this, we’ve added the ability to display pending points directly within the loyalty popup. Now, customers can clearly see the points that are in a holding or pending status, giving them confidence that their rewards are on the way and will be credited after the applicable validation period.

This improvement not only boosts transparency but also reinforces trust and engagement in your loyalty program.
