We’re excited to introduce our latest update – the notification option for Q&A
Previously, when an admin answered a customer’s question in the Q&A section of our Review Module, the customer would not receive any notification of the response. This meant that the customer had to manually check the site to see if their question had been answered.
Now, with our new notification option, customers will receive an email notification when an admin answers their question. This notification email is fully customizable, allowing clients to modify the contents of the email to suit their language and branding preferences.
This new feature ensures that customers are always kept up-to-date with the latest responses to their questions, improving their overall experience with our Review Module. It also saves them time and effort, as they no longer need to manually check the site for updates.
